How allocation works

Doors open at 09:00 and all cases are revealed at 10:00. Solo applicants can meet teammates through matchmaking and colored armbands.

Teams submit ranked track preferences before allocation. The organizers then move each team into exactly one track, aiming to maximize first-choice matches while respecting partner capacity.

At allocation, you leave team formation and start hacking inside your assigned track.
